APO - Still showing removed post after cache clear

I’m using APO and it’s working good for performance.

However, it does not seem to clear homepage cache after publishing or after I remove a published post. The published post is still showing content for users, and even after I’ve tried clearing the specific page from the cache. Any ideas?

Sorry you’ve been having trouble with APO!

Are you still experiencing issues with pages becoming stale? If so, are you using any other caching or performance plugins?
