APO setup with Nitropack: cf-cache-status EXPIRED

Hi, Can anyone help me to activate APO? Can I use APO with Nitropack at the same time?

in GTmetrix I see:
|cf-apo-via|origin,miss|
|cf-cache-status|EXPIRED|

It in general is not recommended to your multiple caching apps/technologies at the same time.
Even more complicated it will become if some of them are offering both: caching and optimization, as mostly these two functions are not separately usable.

Nitropack is one of those who try to combine optimization and caching at the same time which I think is not good for the client, if both are not separately usable.
