Is it still supported? Will it work on WordPress 6.7.1 and PHP 8.3?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I’m not going to install something that may be obsolete. If it works then the version should be updated in the WordPress.org repository.

I have no issues on one of my WordPress instsances.
Running WP 6.7.1, PHP 8.3.15 and Cloudflare APO 4.12.8.
