APO not updating pages on mobile when switched on

APO is not updating mobile view on updates to Wordpress website when active.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have turned off
Purged cache
Tried with and without Device Type

It only serves content correctly if switched off

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Yes

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Full

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Turning APO off and purge cache
Turning APO on and purge cache
Turning APO on with Device type checked then purge cache
