APO makes my website down with HTTP 403 error

Every time I enable APO on my WordPress website:

  1. PWA app on Android stops working
  2. Many >80% users start getting the message:
    “Access to was denied
    You don’t have the user rights to view this page.
    HTTP ERROR 403”

The issue resolves when:

  1. Development Mode is enabled
  2. Cloudflare is paused on the website.

Please help ASAP.
