APO in sub-domains

Understanding Automatic Platform Optimization (APO), only works with type subdomains: www.
but not with other sub-domains. Example:

www.example.com (Wordpress): OK
XX1.example.com: (WordPress): it does not work
XX2.example.com: (WordPress): it does not work
…

In total I have 14 sub-domains with Wordpress

Is there any solution?

We have added APO support for subdomains, please follow WP APO : Wordpress on domain and subdomain
