APO for WP vs "Cache Everything Bypass Cache on Cookie" Page rule

Read this nenice post and I was wondering how APO is different/better than my current setup which just includes a Page Rule like:
“Cache Level: Cache Everything, Edge Cache TTL: 12 hours, Bypass Cache on Cookie”

All my sites are currently using the page rule above and I thinking whether I should put the time to switch the APO.

Bypass Cache on Cookie is only available on Biz and Ent plans. If you have your setup working fine it’s better to stay with it, as it produces faster response times than APO. The reason for APO (nginx + Workers runtime) existence is affordability and richer features set, but it is slower than using “Cache Everything+Byapss Cache on Cookie” (pure nginx)
