APO don't recognize WP

Hi,
My site (Cannabis Magazine) uses WP, but when trying to enable “Automatic Platform Optimization for WordPress” it says “We did not detect WordPress running for…”.
I installed the Cloudflare WP plugin and it is too not recognizes it.

Please enable APO from Cloudflare for WordPress plugin. You need to clean the caches from all the caching plugins you use after APO activation.
