API2Cart: "Bridge responded with error

I’ve had an issue recently where orders on our website are not downloading onto our shipping software (Veeqo). I have been in touch with Veeqo and they stated that they needed to be allowlisted on cloudflare. Which I have now done. Unfortunately, this didn’t resolve the issue. They are still getting the following error “We’re getting this error directly from API2Cart: “Bridge responded with error, please try to upload new bridge or contact our support team.”. They’ve said there is nothing else we can do as it is on our end.
Does anyone know what I need to do to resolve this?
