I’m trying to create an API Token with a User → API Tokens → Edit permission. It doesn’t appear in the list. However, an existing token has this permission, but it is greyed out when I try to edit the token.
Any thoughts around this?

It confused me too…
From support, I was told you need to create it explicitly with the Create API Token Template. They had some security concerns and they came up with this. Not sure it will be a lasting design choice.
