We have tried using incognito mode, different browsers, and two different computers from two different countries, but unfortunately, the result remains the same.

I took some steps to correct the issue, can you try again to create a ticket and let us know if you are able?

We are curious about why this port 21 is open. Additionally, when scanning from different countries, the reports vary—sometimes it is open, and sometimes not.
