API Request Failed: PATCH /api/v4/zones/xxxxxx/pending (undefined)

I am trying to add a domain to Cloudflare but when I select the free plan and try to go to the next step it returns this error:
Request Failed API: PATCH / api / v4 / zones / xxxx / pending (undefined)

xxxx = multiple characters

how to solve it ?!
