I just signed up for Cloudflare it’s been one day I already changed my nameservers(24hrs before at the time of signup) and today I opted for a recheck and I get this error

Name server changes can take up to 48 hours to complete, but I don’t see any Cloudflare name servers listed for that domain. Just epizy.
