API Key settings in Cloudflare Wordpress Plugin

I have a Wordpress Website and whant to enter the API Keys.
Where can i get the correct “Site Key” and “Secret Key” for the Cloudflare Plugin ?

When i Test the Response i get following Error Message :

Please verify that you are human.

Error message: The response parameter was not passed.

Do someone have an Idea ?
