API hosted with Cloudflare Workers return error 403

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I have a Supabase Edge Function that must call some API I have set up in a Cloudflare Worker. For some reason, the fetch calls to my Worker from the Supabase Edge Function are bloked by Cloudflare itself with the classic error 403, Just a moment…
Is there a reason for that? I can access easily the API via browser and Bruno

That’s a Firewall Challenge. Your Firewall Event Logs should show why that request is being challenged.

Where can I see the Firewall Event Logs for Workers on a Free plan? Docs says there should be an Activity log but I can’t find it
