API for Secrets and Environment Variables to Cloudflare Workers

I want to use Secrets and Environment Variable using API through shell script, but I can’t find any API documentation on this.

I am able to use it through wrangler and UI, but an API to update these values would be really helpful.

The endpoint, not sure why it isn’t on api.cloudflare.com (or maybe it is but I missed it).

Not sure who is responsible for updating api.cloudflare.com but I was also looking for this the other day, and it would be nice to have it in the docs.

+1 for adding this to the docs
Also describe any expected behavior in terms of propagation SLA and cross-DC behavior.
