Hi,

  1. To avoid blocking all users, go to the Cloudflare dashboard, select your domain, navigate to the Firewall > Tools, and remove any unwanted IP blocks.
  2. For the 524 error, try increasing the Cloudflare timeout limit, bypass the timeout limitation by adding your server’s IP address to the local hosts file: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/27350/beginner-geek-how-to-edit-your-hosts-file/
