API access is blocked

“you have been ratelimited please wait and try again” when trying to make multiple API calls
A message is generated and access is blocked.

This is a normal access attempt, not an attack… Occurs when there is a lot of access.

Is there any way to solve this?

And what is the average time to block access to the api?
