I cannot access my website through the www subdomain.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have doublechecked my DNS settings after reading the Cloudflare documentation on setting up DNS for a Cloudflare Pages site with a custom domain. The custom domain is configured in the Cloudflare Pages dashboard and I can access the site through the apex domain.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
So this post showed up in Related Topics despite apparently being invisible to my Google searches and the suggestion to add the www version of my domain to the Custom Domains in the Cloudflare Pages dashboard appears to have addressed my problem.
If anyone from the Cloudflare team reads this, it is not at all clear that for both the apex and www domains to work you have to add both versions to Custom Domains. The documentation makes it sound like just the CNAME record in DNS pointing to www will enable this. Might be worth reviewing and updating!
