No page rulez at all
looks like a wildcard redirect rule is till in place - But HOW?!

pfasinfo.cleanpfas.org

rat.linespotting.com is not using Cloudflare, doesn’t have a valid SSL and returns a 404 error on http.

pfasinfo.cleanpfas.org is also not using Cloudflare and both the https and http versions return a 404. So unable to reproduce the issue described.
