Any 'Always HTTPS' solution that does not involve 301 redirects?

Sorry for this naive question.

I’m suffering an issue with my website, that involves the existence of multiple 301 redirects. I am redirecting the traffic from
http://example.com/
to
https://example.com/
through the ‘Always HTTPS’ option of Cloudflare.

and after that, I create Rewrite Rules (301 redirects) in my Apache .htaccess.

This is involving the existence of two 301 redirects:

  • 1st, with the ‘Always HTTPS’ option of Cloudflare.
  • 2nd, with the Rewrite Rules in the Apache .htaccess file

Is there any solution (outside or inside Cloudflare) to avoid the first 301 redirect? I’ve got the Pro Plan.
