Hello, I need some help about this issue, Another record shares the same name, applied CNAME flattening

You shouldn’t have a CNAME record that duplicates an “A” record, or vice-versa.
What is the record that you are trying to add?
You already have a CNAME record for mineblok. Is there a reason you want another/different one?
The one in the picture is not working, And if someone else made a CNAME record for mineblok it is not made by me, 
What isn’t working? If the record is incorrect, you can update it in place.

It doesn t use the target address that I have put there, when i ping mineblok.net it has to send it to tcpshield.net but instead it s pinging straight mineblok.net but the record is 100% correct, i just think that someone else is using my domain in Cloudflare without my knowledge, is there a way i can fix that, claim my record domain from someone else ?
You’re going to have to use an srv record for this. TCPShield has you covered https://docs.tcpshield.com/onboarding-1/dns#aside-allowing-players-to-login-without-a-subdomain
