Another Lost Account

I picked up a new customer with their DNS hosted by Cloudflare. The customer does not have any account information. When I tried to use the Forgot Email link it came back saying the domain did not exist. The domain does exist and I can access their website. How can I get the account information and access to make changes to the DNS?

I tried opening this with support and I was bounced to the community.

If you can’t access the email used to create the account and don’t have the details, you will not be able to recover access and will have to move the namesrvers away to another provider or move the domain to another Cloudflare account.

I just tested the feature and it seemed to work, can you check that there are no whitespaces and try again with that?
