Annual Plans are now default - Seems unfair

Unless I’m going crazy, previously after adding a new domain to Cloudflare and upgrading to Pro, the monthly plan was default.
I noticed that this has recently changed and there’s a toggle that’s now defaulting to annual payments.
As soon as I clicked pay, I realised my mistake, but there’s apparently no refund policy. I feel I’ve been cheated out of $240 - I don’t intend for my website to be around for a year, it’s only a short term project.
What’s the deal here, do I need to call up my bank to get them to do a chargeback?

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. :logodrop:

This change in billing plans was widely announced and heavily discussed for many months before the change took place. As you indicated, the terms state that purchases are non-refundable. That said, I would still encourage you to open a billing support request from within your Cloudflare Dashboard since the Community won’t be able to provide any direct assistance with a billing matter.

To contact the billing team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Billing. Please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.
