I have a stage environment with shared hosting, the case is when I am checking the network tab header request the server is in Cloudflare. How can it be? You are always telling cannot create Cloudflare for the subdomain. How does it happen then? Please help me to solve this as soon as
This happens when there is a proxied DNS record for the subdomain.
What error do you see when you try?
How can I find this proxied DNS record for the subdomain?
You can refer to the error using this image.
The error message suggests that you are attempting to add something.example.com
where you are only permitted to add example.com
.
We cant draw any other conclusions from that image since you elided the most important information in it.
The critical issue is not that cannot create an account in a subdomain. I know free customers cannot create subdomain accounts. Am I right? I want to know if I didn’t create any site for that subdomain, but the server in the subdomain is in Cloudflare. This site is in a subdomain. I am using this site for my stage environment. The main domain also doesn’t have a Cloudflare account. But I am using the LSCache plugin. Please help me to figure out how it happens.
Without knowing the fully qualified domain name we cannot answer your questions.

Thank you for sharing that. The domain is using vanity Cloudflare nameservers from Bluehost.

The following excerpt from the Bluehost Knowledge Base suggests that they use Cloudflare by default.
Really. Thank you so much.
