Analytics Seems to be Disabled

Since the outage last week, I’m not seeing any analytics data. As of Thursday, June 3, all my numbers have gone to zero. Anyone know why? TIA

Are you sure your domain is still active on Cloudflare? e.g. if you visit what do you see? Replace with your actual domain, appropriately.

There’s no ongoing issue with analytics, so it sounds like your domain might not actually be active on Cloudflare.

Hi @scott71 I noticed your ticket with Support and have added myself to it to track. The ticket closed after the autoreply, but I just reopened it to keep it in the queue. The site is active and I do see the issue you mention.

I see this (the “off” values make me think it’s not configured right):

During the outage last week, I put it in “development mode” to bypass Cloudflare, but disabled that setting a few hours later. I’m not sure how to “reactivate” Cloudflare, but I know I didn’t update any DNS records, so I assume the domain is still pointing to Cloudflare (although I’ll confirm).

Hi Scott,

The numbers on your site have not gone to 0 - but they are much lower.

Do you have any 3rd party analytics to compare to? There is still data being recorded by Cloudflare in your analytics - so things appear to be working to some extent. We don’t have any other reports like this, so something doesn’t add up here.

I have the same issue, and felt that Web analytics has reduced/disabled to some extent :sweat_smile:
In my situation traffic from USA only is displayed (which is mostly from GoogleBot).

Please let me know if I have a misconfiguration in my website
