Analytics from domain that I do not have access to

Hi, every week I get an web analytics overview mail from Cloudflare containing information from an account I do not have acces to.

This is a data breach.

I have tried to rech out to support but the tickets are being closed automatically because I am on the free tier.

Then owner of the domain is an NGO and not capable of helping to resolve this issue. I used to manage their Cloudflare account.

Please help me to resolve this.

Can you share the ticket number? I do not see any tickets from the account you are using here.

Customers on every plan type can open Account, Billing and Registrar tickets.

The ticket is #3099557

The solution has been found by the domain owner. There was a custom notification list.

I was not helped by the support team.
