Analytics & Firewall Access Challenge rule

Let’s say I’ve setup a Firewall Access Rule to challenge requests from a particular country. If a request comes in from that country and the user/bot does not enter the correct Captcha code, will this still show up as a request from that country in Analytics under Top Traffic Countries?
Or to put it differently, does Top Traffic Countries show all requests, or only requests that have successfully passed a challenge?

I believe the “requests” counter is only passed-in requests, while if they enter an incorrect captcha/JS challenge fail/block, it will show as a Threat in analytics. I’m not sure if this is correct but it would make sense if so.
