Analytics Error 1010 on week and month

Hi,

I am a self taught website owner.
I am aware of the problems with the error code 1010 for 30 minutes, 3 hours, 6 hours, 24 hours.

Thing is, I am also getting the error “Analytics service returned an error (Code: 1010)” for week and month options.

Can anyone advise me if I need to do something to clear this, or is it just a matter of waiting for the techs to fix it?

Thanks for the link but as I said, I am aware of the problems with the error code 1010 for 30 minutes, 3 hours, 6 hours, 24 hours. The link you posted does not mention week and month options which is where I see the error

The error appears for all analytics options for me. Just need to wait for them to fix it.

Why is this taking so long.

Still being affected by this 1010 error as well.

Last update on the status page is Dec 11th, I would of hoped there might be some progress in the past 48 hours.

I’m also affected by 1010 error for all analytics. It has been happening for the past week.

Still no results on analytics :frowning:
