Been beating my head on this for about 6 months. I have a domain that will show minimal analytics but is getting tons of traffic. I have double checked my domain with a second Cloudflare host I have that is working and can not isolate the issue. Settings all appear to be the same. The domain is theloftresale.com. It is hosted by APLUS and points to Cloudflare name servers. Then has a CNAME to shopify. Our other domain duckworthwearing.com is set up the same but traffic stats will show in Cloudflare.
