ΜanageWP Connection

Hi,

I added 5 websites to cloudflare (free plan) jut for testing.

It seems that i cannot connect to those sites through ManageWP though,

I already added all ManageWP’s IPs under “Firewall Rules” and “Tools” for whitelisting, but this seems to not have worked.

Please advice

thank you

Hi @user3413, sorry for the issue. Can you share one of the domain names?

Hi @user3413, what error message are you receiving? Can you share the steps to reproduce?

Ηi,

The error on all websites is:

We have detected an error (521 Origin Down): " Error 521 Ray ID: 4e849a7d4feabb2e • 2019-06-17 11:15:04 UTC ", please make sure that your website is accessible. If this problem persists, contact us.

Thank you. That does not sound like a cloudflare error message and in looking at the archives I can only find one reference to it from another managewp user. The unverified suggestion on that issue works if you able to configure origin.manage.wp.com to use another subdomain to connect to your site. Can you use
http://backup.example.com to login to your site and perform the backup?

You could then create a grey-clouded DNS record for backup and run the backup process this way, so that it bypasses our proxy.
