I am completing the domain name transfer service, because the bound PayPal bank card has no funds, so the first transfer to the payment link failed, but when I inject funds into PayPal bank card, there is still the following prompt for the transfer. What should I do?

An error occurred while processing the payment hold.

Did that payment go through?

No payment successful, I can’t find the reason? Is this a banking problem, a Cloudflare problem, or an original domain provider? I need to determine where the problem is, and I don’t know where to start right now. Thanks for the help
