Hi

both options not working I can find “get more help” for the first option

and the second option also there is no form to fill

I even tried to call customer support and there is no help desk???

The UI changed slightly (the name is no longer “get more help”), but the first link works just fine.

Just follow the instructions on screen.

The phone number you called is probably sales, but for free accounts there is no support except for account issues.
