Am new here, the security phase

Hi there, after activating your software on our ecommerce portal, we have experiencing some relatively slowness when browsing the portal. Customers are also complaining of this freezing and slowness. We contacted our host and see what they said below. Advise after reading;

I would say that you switch from them, they use a DNS based ssl and not hosting based.
What actually happens is whenever someone request to access your page there end fetch the pages from us and then convert it to https and then the user is able to access it on the other end and that increases the load time.

Hi @rescueingsouls, continuing the discussion from https://community.cloudflare.com/t/am-new-here/198156

I suspect your ssl setting is flexible? The best solution is to have a certificate on your host so you can use the Full (Strict) setting. Great discussions about this on this site and docs here, https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023792171-Getting-Started-with-Cloudflare-SSL

We noticed today that some data got missing whilst on your DNS
gitficonline.com

Our Twitter and Facebook Feed on the homepage are gone
Our Visitors Counter is vanished
Our LISTEN TO ARTICLE plugin is also vanished.

Can we know why? Thanks

Hi @rescueingsouls, I can’t tell if anything is missing, page appears intact and I don’t see any errors. Perhaps clear cache or try from a different browser?

That domain isn’t using any Cloudflare service, the name servers don’t point to Cloudflare.

@rescueingsouls, did you intentionally change your name servers away from Cloudflare? If not, you should contact your registrar to find the reason for the change.

We intentionally changed the DNS back to the HOST (godaddy.com) because our two websites started acting up 2 days after we switched the DNS from godaddy to cloudflare. We were experiencing gross slowness and freezing. Our ecommerce portal delayed in opening and the categories were freezing. This happened with asigaame.com

  1. Our Visitors Counter is vanished
  2. Our LISTEN TO ARTICLE plugin is vanished
  3. Our Facebook and Twitter Feed on Homepage is vanished
  4. Youtube feed on our homepage also vanished.

We need cloudflare to restore the data we lost. However, we have re-switched all domains back to godaddy.com for fear of continuous lost of data and slow opening of website.

Sorry for the trouble you’re having. There is no way to troubleshoot what the issue was once the site is moved. Cloudflare does not have any data, that will be with your hosting provider, Cloudflare does not host your site.
