Am I on some sort of blacklist?

I am having an issue with Cloudflare, it started about a week or 2 ago and I read some threads on it and it said that Cloudflare might flag your ip for suspicious behavior and after 2 weeks it should go away but I’m still getting the Am I a human Captcha challenge for every Cloudflare protected website I visit, I was wondering if I’m on some sort of blacklist and what was the reason for it and could I be removed from it because afaik I didn’t do anything wrong, the only thing that comes to mind would be I have a IKEv2 VPN Server running so I can be safe while entering things like login info on my phone or laptop when I’m away from home (like at a place with public wifi, like a coffee shop) but this has never been a problem since I’ve been running it (half a year or so).

The VPN server is probably it. I find that if I use a self-hosted VPN, Vimeo always blocks me, and I get CAPTCHAs all over the place. It happens with two VPS hosts I use. Not a surprise since too many bad actors launch attacks from VPSs.

So it’s not you. It’s your VPS.

Well I home host my servers so idk if that affects anything because I have a consumer ip rather than a business ip

Maybe audit your VPS to make sure nobody else is using it, as well as audit any other devices on your network to make sure they’re up-to-date. Chances are your IP reputation is low due to being part of a DDOS attack at some point.
