Am I getting the benefits of CDN with my setup?

A website I’m helping with is getting a poor PageSpeed report from Google, particularly on mobile. One idea was to see if the site is properly set up with Cloudflare’s CDN.

When I log into Cloudflare (free account), I see the website listed. I click it, then I choose DNS in the menu.

The next screen says, “Your DNS zone file is hosted by Bluehost, a Cloudflare partner. Manage your DNS records at their website.”

Does this mean that the site isn’t getting the benefits of CDN? Or, does it just mean that Bluehost is where DNS records are managed? How can I tell if Cloudflare is “doing its job?” Thanks!
