So, I have purchased the bundled workers and KV storage monthly. For support of the workers, am I still considered a Free user who will not get any support even though I pay monthly?

Workers Bundled plan is separate from any other Cloudflare plan (Free, Professional, Business) you may have. WRT Support, all tickets are prioritized based on Cloudflare plan type, including customers on Free plans.

OK, so, because of no websites with pro or business plan, my support tickets are prioritized as free.
