I just enabled it and now I cant access my site. Do I just have to wait it out for the servers to propagate ?

That looks like your server isn’t configured for HTTPS. Was it using HTTPS before you added it to Cloudflare?

No, it wasnt, but I do have a different website on the same server where it works just fine.
That’s what causes this error. The server isn’t configured to server HTTPS for your domain. Ask you host about installing an SSL certificate. It looks like cPanel, like what GoDaddy uses. These instructions might help with that:
