my site is down due to server cpu outage.
apparently, Cloudflare is not serving ANY pages with the Always Online cache
can you help me understand why?
And, YES, I do have Always Online activated.
Always Online will crawl some of your website pages, not all of them.
It will do it weekly for the Free Plan, every 3 days for the Pro Plan, and daily on higher plans.

CF takes a googleish stance on this one. If your pages are not popular, they are not likely to be saved for Always On.
