Always Online didn't work and I don't understand why

Hello all,

My website went down on Sunday and Always Online didn’t kick it. Instead it was showing this :

I checked the page “Why is Always Online not working?” but I don’t see any reasons why it wouldn’t work for my website.

Could you help us investigate so it never happens again?
Also, is here a way to create a real support ticket or is this the only way? We are paying customers and I’m concerned that we don’t have a private support ticket system …

It sounds like you’ve thoroughly checked it out, and a 504 should trigger Always Online. The ticket system is here:
