What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We are encountering challenges with the 2FA recovery procedure and are unable to proceed due to the following technical constraints:

Domain Redirection Issues
Three domains in our setup redirect to a primary domain (configured at the Cloudflare level). This redirection prevents us from hosting separate verification files for each domain, as required by the recovery process.

Non-Functional Website
One of the associated websites is non-functional, and we do not have access to its hosting server. Since traffic is routed through Cloudflare to an unknown server, we cannot upload the verification file as requested.

Meta Tag Alternative
Using meta tags as an alternative is also unfeasible due to the redirection and hosting issues described above.

Given these constraints, we are unable to complete the recovery process in its current form. Could you suggest an alternative method to verify our ownership and restore our account?

You can open an Account ticket and ask to verify by sharing billing information they may ask for. Probably the last four digits of your credit card and maybe zip code as well.

Thank you very much for your proposal. Unfortunately, I tried it but without success. I haven’t received any response, and I raised the ticket a week ago. Do you have any other suggestions?
