I am trying to raise a support ticket related to billing.
I try the page “https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us” and the ‘submit a request’ at the bottom.
After confirming don’t want to use community (as billing related not appropriate) - I get to ‘run diagnostics’ on domain
The page is stuck there (on chrome; it has been 15 minutes)
Is this normal? Will it resolve on its own (when?) - is there an alternate way to get someone real to deal with my issue?
