Alguém saberia informar como realizo a transferência de um site registrado com os apontamentos de DNS, para um nova conta dentro da Cloudflare ?

It is necessary to first transferthe domain to another registrar. You will then be able to transfer the domain back to Cloudflare registrar using the desired Cloudflare account.
