That is most likely the wrong place. You need to set the nameservers with your registrar.
The whios show hostinger.com is my registrar.
So still can’t fix this issue.
Of course you can fix it. All you need to do is go to your registrar and set the nameservers accordingly. If it is not clear where you do that, you best contact your registrar.
At the top of your screenshot you can see you are on the Hosting tab, hit the Domains tab then Manage your domain to set nameservers
