The cPanel page you are seeing is coming from your web host. Make sure you have set the correct DNS records in your Cloudflare DNS. If correct you will need to contact your web host.
i already put the correct DNS in my hosting.
i buy this domain at namecheap, and i connect to my hawkhost hosting.
after that i change NS from hawkhost to cloudflare, so i should contact hawkhost to check?
because i already ask namecheap they said no issue at their side.
You can pause Cloudflare as here, so request go direct to your host, then contact them to ask for help.
Once working you can re-enable Cloudflare again.
