Allowing WordPress blocked plugin

Hello,

I’m using Cloudflare with my Wordpress website.

I installed a plugin imbaChat, but imbachat.com is being blocked and I guess it’s by Cloudflare.

How can I allow this plugin in Cloudflare so it wouldn’t block it?

here are the screenshots of the problem.
my web hosting service told me that it’s probably blocked by CloudFlare

Those screenshots do indicate blocked access. As it looks easy to replicate, please take a look at the Firewall Events log for this activity.

You might also ask imbachat if they have IP addresses you can add to the Allow list at Firewall → Tools.

Ping ImbaChat plugin is blocked by CloudFlare. What can I do to allow it in CloudeFlare?
