The docs seem to imply that you can use “IP Access Rules” to allowlist and I assume that since it’s order of precedence is higher than WAF then effectively you can allowlist IPs so that they will not be bound by any WAF/bot rules.
Needing to allow around 20 IPs and very much had hoped to use a list but it does not seem possible to pick a defined list from the IP Access Rules page.
Alternatively, if we use a Custom WAF rule, then it’s possible to pick “IP Source Address” and the operator as “is in list” but then cannot pick “Allow” as the action. Trying to think of the negated rule but saying IPs not in a list be blocked isn’t the intended outcome either.
The end goal is the client is trying to use a service to migrate data from their current platform behind CF, and parts of the service providers tooling is being blocked.
