Allowed to develop similar products in Cloudflare?

Hi All,

We are working on a product that has functionalities similar to Cloudflare Images. Are we allowed to host it in Cloudflare network (DNS and CDN will be used) ? is there any terms or conditions that prohibit such scenarios?

We will be using Pro plan (20$) for our product.
