Description
Allow rewriting /security.txt to the Cloudflare-generated /.well-known/security.txt
Benefit
It allows to have security.txt under both the root and the .well-known directories.
May I ask if you’re using the template from a GitHub and want to make some changes to it? 
I am not aware, therefore Cloudflare by default doesn’t generate such for zones under CF account. Has to be manually created and adopted, if so.
