What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m using a monitoring service to check the uptime of websites in numerous zones. I created an IP list of all the IPv4 addresses used by this service. I want to create a rule for all zones that allows all access from IPs in the list.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I created an IP list.
I went to Security > Security Rules > Create Rule > IP Access Rules. While this allows me to apply a setting to all zones, it doesn’t allow me to select my IP list I created.

I went to Security > Security Rules > Create Rule > Custom rules. This allows me to skip firewall rules for my IP list, but I can’t apply it to all zones.
